Gurdjieff sacred dances can help us to connect with the self, it is a meditation in movement. Taking us deep inside, helping us to be aware of our different centers while being in the movement – intellectual, physical and emotional – and with that awareness we can have an experience of the self, the watcher.
These movements help us be in the present moment again and again, connecting with our source, our center. When we are really present we can have the experience of silence, emptiness. And in those moments of stillness and silence within there is a space for the higher force to enter in..
With the practice of the dances during the process we are able to see our reactions and responses,towards different situations which helps us to see who we really are in that moment. And which can help us in our daily life to live in a more aware and conscious way. which can bring more peace and love in our life.
