If you are interested in ironing out some of the creases in your life, if you would like to learn about how we create our; patterns of behaviour, our limits and our motivations then these workshops will offer insight, understanding and possibilities of change. Whether you are a therapist wanting to learn some new tricks or simply want to explore the richness of life then these workshops will provide a multi-level experience. Individually these one day workshops will be of great benefit but all together they can be life changing.

 

Each event will consist of two parts. The first part will be general experience and collective exercises while the second part will be open for individual participation and will offer the opportunity to heal or change specific personal issues. 

 

 

HEALING YOURSELF   July 2

In this day we will explore some of the fundamentals of what actually creates healing. Healing is a fact: it happens. During this day we look at how healing works and how to stack the deck in your favour. As with all these One Day Workshops we will spend the morning understanding the mechanisms of healing and experiencing as a group. And in the afternoon it will be open to more individual experiences and a more detailed approach.

 

 

TIME OF YOUR LIFE   July 14

How we perceive, measure and manipulate time at the unconscious level has a profound effect on our lives. Many of what we consider to be difficult or unsolvable problems can be easily resolved by altering our deeper understanding of time.  As with all these One Day Workshops we will spend the morning as a group understanding the mechanisms of how we use time. And in the afternoon it will be open to more individual experiences and a more detailed approach.

 

 

PERCEPTUAL SHIFTS   Aug 21

In this day will explore how it is our perceptual position that can cause us more difficulties than the problem itself. We often get caught up into trying to solve our problems at the level of the problem itself. Often simply changing our perceptual position creates the shift that resolves the issue. As with all these One Day Workshops we will spend the morning understanding the mechanisms of how we use position in our life. And in the afternoon it will be open to more individual experiences and a more detailed approach.

 

 

RESOURCING YOURSELF  Aug 30

In order to survive in life, our feelings, behaviours and attitudes get anchored to certain catagories, or situations. This gives us the ability to respond automatically. However, if the response is out-dated or inappropriate we call it a problem. These responses are organised at the unconscious level. But we can choose to anchor new feelings and attitudes to old situations and so clear up our life. This anchoring is one of the most significant parts of the Healing process.  As with all these One Day Workshops we will spend the morning understanding the mechanisms of how we use internal resources in our life. And in the afternoon it will be open to more individual experiences and a more detailed approach.

 

 

SCOPE HEALING   Sept 2

How we internally measure and define our environment has a profound influence on how we deal with it. And these measurements of the external situation become internalised as automatic impressions that do not always match the outer reality. Traumatic memories are often internally accessed through images that are too bright or too big or too close. How often have you heard the phrase: ‘I have ALWAYS been like this’. ‘Always’ is scope and very often it is not the reality but the perceived or internal reality. So it is often not the memory that is the problem but the scope or duration.    As with all these One Day Workshops we will spend the morning understanding the mechanisms of how ‘Scope’ influences our perception, feeling, responses and the meanings that guide our life. And in the afternoon it will be open to more individual experiences and a more detailed approach.

 

 

STRETCHING YOURSELF   Sept 22

Most of us have had the experience of being comfortable in our discomfort so that no matter how hard we try it can seem impossible resolve our problems. There is some very intelligent part of our internal wiring that needs to keep us safe and secure. This needs to be fully respected before we can move on into the richness of a full life. 

As with all these One Day Workshops we will spend the morning understanding how ‘Stretching’ ourselves can change our life. We will look into this way of healing at the group level. And in the afternoon the space will be open to more individual experiences and a more detailed approach.
