An OSHO Meditative Therapy, in the early morning, one hour a day for seven days.
A guided meditation process to remind yourself of the forgotten language of talking to the mind and body
“People need to be taught how to make friends with the body”
This guided meditation is a process of being reminded of a language most of us have forgotten. It’s the language of communicating with your own body. To communicate with the body, talking to it, listening to its messages has been a well known practice in ancient Tibet.
Modern medical science is only now beginning to recognize what the sages and mystics have always known. : that the mind and body are not separate entities but deeply related. The mind can affect the condition of the body, just as the condition of the body can affect the mind.
Using hypnosis, you first reconnect with your body/mind, making friends with it. Then you start a healing process by communicating with your unconscious, in a state of deep relaxation. This method can be used for anything in the body or mind that is out of natural balance. Of this meditative therapy Osho points out that it can be used for weight control, for dealing with migraines and any other body pains and symptoms or for anything in the body which is out of natural balance.

Deva Satsanga has been working with people from all over the world for the past thirty years. She loves opening new doors, finding hidden truths, and forgotten feelings and exploring life on a deeper level with the participants of her workshops.
After teaching Tantra and Inner Man, Inner Woman for many years – something even more powerful emerged for her: Befriending Your Demons, facing and making friends with the not so pretty sides of your character. She developed her own method for this work – but has benefited immensely from Osho’s insights, from the teachings of C.G. Jung and from an ancient method used in the shamanic tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. Besides her love for psychological and energy-based group work she is passionate about meditation. Satsanga is a certified trainer for the teacher training of Osho Meditations Osho Meditation in Depth& Facilitating and a certified trainer and facilitator for Osho Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to Your BodyMind.
To be in silence and honor the wisdom that emerges out of silence is the key to a balanced and happy life. Because of this understanding Satsanga has created the new silent retreat in Osho Afroz called the Power of Silence. This gentle, body-oriented approach, which combines elements of silent sitting, active meditation and holistic yoga flow is an easy and elegant entry to the inner world.
