Tantra for Women

Tantra for Women

with Satsanga

What is it to be a woman? Do we have a clear vision of who we want to be and how we want to contribute to this world as a woman?

In this workshop we explore what makes us blossom and what makes us shrink. Using some powerful tools from the Indian Tantra traditions and from the female lineage of the shamanic side of Tibetan Buddhism we can see more clearly.  Women of wisdom have walked this path before. We want to be one of them.

Some very practical methods and meditations mostly unknown in mainstream Tantra courses are part of this workshop. We will immerse ourselves in this ancient wisdom and let its alchemy work on us. Yet we also depend on simple tools like sharing and tender touch to drop into the heart. This will help us to create a safe container, leaving all comparison, all jealousy behind – to become sisters that empower each other in celebration of the feminine. After all: It is not age or looks or accomplishments in the world that matter. They are fleeting.  It is standing tall and open in our own fire of strength and tenderness that makes us a true woman. Only then can we come to a radical form of self-acceptance, self-love. Only then our heart is truly open for others. This is power. This is love.

About Satsanga

Satsanga and Tantra have a long history moving all the way back to the nineties. Since those days she has facilitated ‘Tantra for Women’ and ‘Tantra Energy’ (men and women) every year in the Osho Meditation Resort in Poona/India and other places of the world including Turkey, Georgia and the USA. Satsanga’s Tantra groups are based on moving the sexual energy in the body, healing traumas and connecting heart and sex center. The key is to find the most sensuous and juicy expression of ourselves and swim with grace and ease through the mighty waves of the most powerful life force in our body. This is an art we can learn.

Satsanga is also facilitating the Osho Meditation Teacher training, ‘Befriending Your Demons’ (working with the shadow) and Vipassana Retreats in Osho Afroz and many other places around the world.
