The dream of Rumi

The dream of Rumi

A sufi workshop with Devo

Everyone dreams. Everyone is a creator, for the good or for the bad. We all create our reality knowingly or unknowingly. We dream from our minds, we dream from our hearts, we dream from our beings.

Mevlana Jelalludin Rumi dreamed, and he dreamed so totally that after creating His dream, only the Dream remained, Rumi disappeared in his own creation.

For us the Lovers, Rumi is an invitation to dream and melt into Existence. Rumi has shown us the way, He has opened the Door so that we can look inside.

This workshop is an invitation to explore and dream together the Sufi Path. It is an invitation to become not Rumi, but ourselves, to create and become ourselves. The Path of the Sufi is a heart space, a space which has no limits. We dream, we create and we become what we dream. In this workshop we go as deep and as high as we choose as a group. We have the Blessings of the Masters yes, and yet that is not enough. They do not have eyes, hands or voice. They cannot cry or laugh. The doing of this is in our hands, it is our part. In this workshop we work and explore with: Dreaming, practicing Zikrs, Whirling, Sharing, Meditations, and more. Always in an ambiance of Love, Respect and Freedom. In my heart and practice, Osho and Rumi blend to One, two different flavors of the Whole.

There is no purpose or aim. We whirl for the fun of it. What happens after is not in our hands. Of course, we may have peace, we may feel expanded and silent, we may feel the space of melting with the Whole. We only have to make ourselves available to the Divine, the rest follows as a Blessing

About Devo

Devo - Minas Symeonoglou was born in a Greek family in Constantinople - Istanbul. In late 60s his family was forced to leave Turkey, and came to Greece.

He is a graduate of the Law School of Athens. Later on, at the end of 70s he felt the “Call” of Osho, and went to India. There he immediately chose to become His disciple. He was part of both Osho communes in India and Oregon. This experience has been the foundation of a process of transformation that continues to this day.

His Sadhana (spiritual practice) is Bhakti (the way of devotion). Besides Sufism he facilitates workshops on fields such as “Opening of the Heart”, “Osho Neo Reiki” and “Inner Child”. All of them are based on the Love and Teachings of Osho.
